Here's the type of person i'm talking about:
(when ordering a meal at a resturant)
"Can i have a double cheeseburger with extra fries and a side of ranch. Then i also need a slice of cheesecake topped with lots of chocolate. And to drink... a diet coke."
Really? I mean by that time, they should have jsut went ahead and ordered the regular coke. They were already headed down ... way down.. the wrong direction!
The sad thing is.... i have now become this person!! I don't necesecarily order those same things.. but the point is, i order unhealthy things to eat and somehow think that i can balance it all out in my head with a diet drink.
SO lately (as of yesterday :] ) I am trying REALLY hard to eat very healthy and only drink water! A while back i reached my first weight loss goal, but sadly i've already gained some of it back! :[ and i did not work that hard just to gain it all back!
My goal is to loose 20 more pounds by Spring Break (march 16th). I have a set work out plan and enough knowledge of what is healthy for me and what is not to accomplish my goal.
So here's to setting yet another weight loss goal! :]...it's really a never ending thing...
