I refuse to let my mind tell my body that it can not run 13 miles!!
I'm thinking when i decided to train for a half marathon, that i was putting way more on my plate than i could hold! But, rather than discourage me from accomplishing this goal it's really just giving me more motivation.
Currently, after running 2.0 miles i feel beaten! I keep waiting for a point where i can run that far (or further) and still feel great. So for all of you runners out there... is that possible?? Do you ever get to that point?
